AN ORDINANCE to Incorporate an Association known as the Government Surveyors' Association.

[Date of Commencement: 21st March, 1939]

1. Short title.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Government Surveyors' Association Ordinance.

2. Incorporation.

From and after the date of the commencement of this Ordinance, the members for the time being of the Government Surveyors' Association (hereinafter referred to as "the association”) and such and so many persons as shall after that date be admitted members of the corporation hereby constituted shall be and become a body corporate with perpetual succession under the name and style of "The Government Surveyors' Association” (hereinafter referred to as "the corporation”), and by that name may sue and be sued in all courts.
