An Act to Provide for the Establishment, Maintenance and Administration of the Ocean University of Sri Lanka; to Provide the Necessary Legal Infrastructure Facilitating Courses Leading to Higher Education at the Ocean University of Sri Lanka; to Repeal the National Institute of Fisheries and Nautical Engineering Act, No. 36 of 1999; and for Matters Connected Therewith or Incidental Thereto.

AN ACT to give effect to certain conventions relating to the safety of aircraft to which Sri Lanka has become a party, namely (a) the Convention on Offences and certain other acts committed on board aircraft, signed at Tokyo on September 14, 1963; (b) the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft, signed at the Hague on December 16, 1970; and (c) the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the safety of civil aviation, signed at Montreal on September 23, 1971, and to provide for matters connected therewith.

AN ACT to make provision in respect of certain offences committed in relation to public property and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

AN ACT to make provision for increased punishment in respect of certain offences committed under the influence of liquor and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

AN ACT to provide for the prohibition of the importation, manufacture, possession, sale, exposure for sale, acquisition, transport, use or supply of, and of the doing of certain other acts or things with Offensive Weapons.
